Nightbook print markets are cash-settled contracts. They do not deliver Tesla stock or any other security.

Maximum loss for a trader equals the margin posted at entry, plus the execution fee escrowed, if the market settles or refuses under written rules.

If the official reference cannot be authenticated before the frozen deadline, the market refuses. It does not invent a weekend mark.
